Email Over Quota Print

In Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010:

1. At Menu bar, Go to Tools, Account Settings in Outlook 2007;At Menu bar, Go to File, Account settings in Outlook 2010
2. Select the Email account, click Change (or double-click on the email account)
3. Click More Settings
4. Go to the Advanced tab – leave on server settings are in the lower section
5. Disable leave a copy of messages on server

In Windows live mail:

1. Click on Menu, Options, then Email accounts on the Toolbar.
2. Click Properties
3. Go to the Advanced tab. – lower section
4. Disable leave a copy of messages on server
